Construction began in July 2018 on two rowhouses, one 3-unit building and another 5-unit building. These are two-bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 900 sq. ft. townhomes fully equipped with energy-star appliances and other green amenities making them low-cost to own or rent. There is a small kid-friendly open space and easy access to Salida via bike and walking paths.
